It seems that the crisp Fall air provided a boost to the Westfield luxury real estate market. According to the September 2017 Westfield Area Market Report, active listings experienced a bit of a jump from their summer counterparts. Newly constructed properties dominated the scene. Meanwhile, sales dropped slightly. However, more homes came under contract. So, we may see a bump in sales by the end of October.
