Our Westfield luxury real estate market dipped in July compared to the previous month. While March and April’s active luxury home listings were up, May’s came in at just 10. On the other hand, the total homes that went under contract increased significantly from the previous month. Active Westfield Luxury Homes for Sale in July 2017

The Garden State MLS reported a total of 10 luxury Westfield homes for sale in July 2017, half of the amount shown in June. These included the recently renovated colonial located at 560 West 1st Street. (Contact me for a personal tour of this beautiful property.) Six of these Westfield homes hit the market within the last 30 days. Seven of them are newly built or currently await construction to begin.
Westfield Luxury Homes Under Contract in July 2017
Five Westfield luxury homes fell under contract in July 2017. They included three newly constructed properties. Two colonials came under contract after 11 days on the market. A custom colonial located on the north side of town opened escrow after just five days on the market.
Westfield Luxury Homes Sold in July 2017
Three luxury Westfield homes were sold in July 2017. Two of these sold in under 30 days, including an NCN colonial currently under construction (five days on the market) and a center hall colonial (four days on the market). The NCN colonial sold right at list price: $1,199,900.
