We studied a 12-month look back at all the towns we follow. We calculated the percentage of Original List Price received, and Days on Market, and took an average for each month.
Below is the aggregated result. Except for July, August and September, all months are within 1% of each other, including December!
So wade in before, during or after the spring rush and Columbus Day to New Years with the same excellent prospects.
