Westfield Police Charity Car Show
A couple of months ago, several local Westfield police officers wanted to do something different to raise money for the Westfield Policemen’s Benevolent Association (Local 90). That’s when they came up with the Westfield Police Charity Car Show. The show will feature various makes and models of cars, motorcycles, and Jeep vehicles. They wish to include classic as well as current models. If you’re willing to show it off, they’re willing to offer the platform for you to do so.
In addition to the vehicles on display, several vendors will set up shop around the parking lot. Purchase 50/50 raffle tickets on site for the chance to win some amazing prizes. DJ Hot Rod Mike provides the festive ambiance for the day. Do you enjoy a hearty smoke? Pick up a fine hand-rolled cigar at the show. One of the highlights of the day will most assuredly be the dunk tank, featuring some of our local police officers as the target.
The Westfield Police Charity Car Show will be located in the same place as the Westfield Farmer’s Market. So, visit the car show and then pick up something fresh, wholesome and locally grown to make for dinner afterward. The market closes at 1:30 pm while the car show continues until 4 pm. If it rains on October 7th, the Westfield Charity Car Show will take place on October 21st.
